Oblong Industries - the ones who helped envision the Minority Report style gesture-based interface - are bringing it to reality.  Without a doubt, this will be the greatest leap forward for interfaces since the original mouse.  Only problem is, I can’t imagine everyone at work wearing studded gloves and pushing and pulling invisible photoshop layers in space (or programming on a gigantic virtual keyboard).  Then again, it would undoubtedly be an entertaining sight.
